Welcome to Sea Brand! We’re excited to have you on board. This guide will walk you through setting up your account, logging in, and navigating your client portal so you can start making the most of our services.

1. Setting Up Your Account

Once you sign up for Sea Brand, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to activate your account. Follow these steps to get started:

1. Open the welcome email from Sea Brand.

2. Click on the activation link to set your password.

3. Once your password is set, log in to your account.

If you haven’t received the welcome email, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact our support team, and we’ll resend it.

2. Logging Into Your Account

To access your Sea Brand dashboard, follow these steps:

3. Click Log In to access your dashboard.

If you forget your password, click Forgot Password? on the login page, and follow the instructions to reset it.

Once logged in, you’ll see your main dashboard, where you can:

Submit Requests – Create new design or branding requests.

View Active Projects – Track progress on your ongoing tasks.

Communicate with Our Team – Send messages and receive updates.

Manage Your Subscription – View your plan and update billing details.

When you log in for the first time, you will see our welcome message. It would be great if you could take the time to fill out the member survey and create a brand profile. This is the start of our partnership.

Take a moment to explore the dashboard to familiarise yourself with the layout.

4. Submitting Your First Request

When you’re ready to start, submitting a request is simple:

1. Click the Create Request button on your dashboard.

2. Fill in the details of your project, including any reference materials.

3. Submit the request, and our team will get started!

We’ll update you throughout the process, and you can check the progress anytime in your account.
