At Sea Brand, we make it easy for you to access and download your invoices and receipts for your subscription payments. Whether you need them for record-keeping, accounting, or expense tracking, you can retrieve your payment history directly from your client portal.
Where to Find Your Invoices
All invoices and receipts are stored securely in your client portal. To locate them:
Log into Your Sea Brand Account
Visit Sea Brand’s client portal and sign in.
Navigate to Invoices
Click on the Invoices tab in your dashboard to access your payment records.
View Payment History
A list of all your past payments will be displayed, including amounts, dates, and statuses.
Download an Invoice
Click on the relevant invoice to open it.
Select the More button (three dots) to save a PDF copy for your records.
What If I Can’t Find My Invoice?
If you are unable to locate an invoice or need an older one:
Check Your Email – Invoices are automatically emailed to your registered address upon payment.
Ensure You’re Logged into the Correct Account – If you have multiple accounts, double-check that you’re in the right one.
Contact Support – If you need assistance retrieving a past invoice, message us via chat (bottom right corner) or email [email protected].
Need a VAT Invoice?
If you require a VAT invoice, please contact our support team, and we’ll ensure you receive the appropriate documentation.
Can I Change My Billing Details?
If you need to update your billing address or payment information:
✔️ Log into your client portal account
✔️ Navigate to Settings
✔️ Click Profile and Account, then Subscription
✔️ Edit Billing Details and update the necessary information
All future invoices will reflect the updated details.
